Because our products are one-of-a-kind items created especially for you, we do not accept returns for:

• Products produced as ordered
• Free or promotional items
• Bulk orders

We will accept limited returns for:

• Items with manufacturer damage or defects
• Items damaged in shipment


Please contact our Customer Service team at 410-861-8600 or email us through our contact form within 15 days of receiving your order so we may assist you. We may ask for photo verification sent by email for Quality Assurance improvements.
